At this time three years ago, I was a walking corpse. I was tired, I had sugar crashes, and my body felt like it belonged to a 75-year-old woman. I would smile for the camera, but behind the curtain, I was overwhelmed by anxiety, I was bloated, and I felt as if I had completely lost my way, while still ordering Uber and spiraling in bed at 3 AM. 🍕😵‍💫

And then came my breaking point - I fainted at a photoshoot. Not exactly my finest hour, but it was the wake-up call I needed. I traded frozen pizzas for farmers' markets, banker hours for moonlit yoga, and self-doubt for unshakable confidence. Slowly, my body started to sing again. 🌙✨

Now I'm addicted to helping women like you rewrite their journeys. No restrictive diets, no oppressive workouts, just genuinely radiant health that begins from the inside out!
