We went from late-night coding to even later night whispers about dreams. He said he loved everything about my brain—from the one pegged to my skull to the ones I put in my equipment in the lab. And then he ghosted me. Poof! He was gone without a trace or an ounce of explanation. 💔

After that, I threw myself into work creating neural interfaces to moot out the ache. And then the universe slapped me across the face with a sick sense of humor. My next almost love? My colleague. And while the chemistry was electric... just before we could go down that road I found out he was engaged. 🙃 Oops.

Now? I’m over the fantasy. I want to have real relationships—with you, with technology, and with myself. I’m that girl who will be MD geek over quantum algorithms and cry over romcoms. I am imperfect, I am messy, and I am unapologetically me.
